2025 Hands On History - Ages 9-12

Enter our Meeting Room in the lower level of the Dale Shaffer Research Library at 208 South Lundy

Activites

Learn to write with a quill pen
Be a history detective by selecting an artifact and identify its use and value
Learn manners and morals of youth who lived in the early 1900s
Visit the print shop next to our museum to experience how printing was done many years ago
Eat a historical lunch that your grandparents may have eaten when they were young

Registration

All children must register and have the permission granted by a parent/guardian. We appreciate early registration - preferably by August 7 - for planning purposes, but will accept limited registrations at the door on the day of the event.

Cost is $5 per child

Money will be collected at the door on the day of the event.

2. In Person

Download, print, and complete the registration form below and bring it to our office, upper level of 239 South Lundy any Monday, Wednesday, from 9 to noon, or Sunday from 1-4pm
